Creating & Managing Calendars

A new calendar can be created on the Manage Calendars page.

CREATING THE CALENDAR

  • Locate the "Add New Calendar" box at the top of the page
  • Type a name for your new calendar into the input box
  • Select a parent calendar (if necessary - for more information on calendar type click here)
  • Click the "Add Calendar" button
  • Your new calendar will now appear in the list

ASSIGNING ATHLETES TO THE CALENDAR

  • Locate the calendar you just created from the list
  • Click the "Edit" button at the right
  • When the Edit Calendar panel comes up, click the "Add Users" button at the bottom right
  • A list of athletes not currently assigned to a calendar will appear
  • Select an athlete or multiple athletes (hold "CTRL" on your keyboard to select multiple) from the list
  • Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right
  • The selected athletes are now assigned to your new calendar
