Do I Need to Manually Log Activity?

In order to obtain a score for the day, all you need to do is log into the TeamBuildr application and possibly open your device's app to sync data from your device to Apple Health - which will automatically sync to TeamBuildr. You do not need to manually log anything on your device for TeamBuildr to achieve a score for exertion. 

Logging your workouts in TeamBuildr will eventually lead to future score adjustments. In later iterations of the score, we will look to use which style, intensity and duration of lifts does to one's score and we will be adding that into the scoring system in future iterations of the score system. The more you log your workouts, the better we can serve your scoring.
